Creating a mailbox export request (.pst) in EAC

When I look at the instructions for creating a mailbox export request (.pst file), it describes the following steps:
- In the EAC, go to Recipients > Mailboxes > click More options More Options icon, and select Export to a PST file.
But I do not have the option for 'Export to a PST' file under More Options, any idea why?
