MDT Capture "Another copy of this application is already running"

Question

My MDT has been working perfectly fine. All of sudden, I can't capture anymore. Everyime time I try to capture, it would fail and say "Another copy of this application is already running". I have tried multiple devices, vms, operation systems and they all result the same.
