Move ADCS 2008 R2 to 2012 R2 and problem certificate template to issue

Hello,

I move ADCS 2008 R2 to 2012 R2 and when I click on Certificate templates --- New ---- Certificate template to Issue, I see only the template with version 1.
No problem with the cmd command certutil.exe -setcatemplates +templatename

1. According to our description "I move ADCS 2008 R2 to 2012 R2", do we mean we migrate the AD CS from the 2008 R2 to 2012 R2?
2. If so, can we see all the certificate templates (Schema Version 1, Schema Version 2,Schema Version 3 or Schema Version 4) on Certificate Templates Console on the 2012 R2 server?
