I'm afraid you can not switch to beta channel if you are already in dev. Unfortunately, you have to roll back to win10 21H1 and then select beta channel. It is said to release either in July or in August.
Besides, the beta version is relatively more stable than dev version like public beta versus close beta.
The most secure choice is to back up the Windows.old folder right now, it will be deleted in 2 weeks. and after that you can't roll back to win10 21H1
Once you save the windows.old elsewhere, you can wait the beta release, if beta releases, however the switch to beta option is still in grey, you still can roll back to win10.
During which you can still use win11.
In all, I suggest you roll back to win10.
