i wanted to upgrade the version from 1803 to 1903. in windows updates the 1903 has been downloaded and installed but in update history it showing that it needs a restart for competing the update. I have restarted the desktop several times but the windows is not upgraded.

Please help me with updating the windows to the latest version.

The latest Windows version is 2004.

The fastest way to get the feature upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.

You could upgrade your computer to the latest version by using the Update Assistant:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

1.Select Download tool, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

2.On the License terms page, if you accept the license terms, select Accept.

3.On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next.

4.After downloading and installing, the tool will walk you through how to set up Windows 10 on your PC. All Windows 10 editions are available when you select Windows 10, except for Enterprise edition. For more information on Enterprise edition, go to the Volume Licensing Service Center.
