My company just enabled 2FA - and now my Teams Preview for Linux asks me to re-enter my credentials many times a day ! Is there anything that can be done from my companies end of the pipe to keep this from happening ??? Not an option to disable 2FA !!!!!
Teams keeps asking for credentials on Ubuntu 21
My MS teams client has been constantly asking for credentials to log in after both i) each PC restart and ii) any time I close the client without logging out from Ubuntu.
As my client is connected with a 2FA authentication this is getting a bit frustrating. Any help will be much appreciated!

If you no longer need to use security feature, you can disable it to revert the settings to use the less secure one-step verification.
To disable two-step verification, use these steps:
1)Open the Microsoft account on the web.
2)Sign in with your credentials.
3)Click the Security tab.
4)Click the Advanced security options tile.
5)Under the "Additional security" section, click the Turn off option.

I've been following this thread for a while now.
I've been using the Teams for Linux, on Linux Mint. Current used versions are Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.23861 (64-bit) and Linux Mint 21 (64-bit), and i can confirm the issue still exists.
Are there any developments regarding this? It's been almost 2 yrs now since Alexandros submitted the (extremely annoying) problem and the only fix is to disable 2F? Seriously?
