Error about focal touch pad driver mouse

Hello!
I'm using windows 10 latest version on my Haier Y11c Laptop but the issue is it's Mouse isn't working not with external cable or touch pad. I tried to search on internet For driver but couldn't found it.Recently updated my windows but still I'm having same problem.
Kindly lemme know the solution of it?
Don't have any clue how my Mouse stopped working.
