how do i stop latest updates i dont want them

You can disable all update on the setting, follow these steps:
Open Settings > Click on Update & Security > Click on Windows Update > Click the Advanced options button > Under the "Pause updates" sections, click the Pause until drop-down menu, and select when to resume automatic updates on Windows 10.
You can also disable automatic updates using Group Policy or Registry. Refer to the link below:
