I activated an Azure Sandbox and wanted to explore and fiddle around in it, but I'm not aware of the limitations of what I'm allowed to do in the Sandbox. If I accidentally create something that is chargeable, will it warn me beforehand or will I be charged anyway? I need to know this before I start fiddling around with it.

I checked out the link you provided. Still one part of my question remains unanswered i.e if I'm accidentally going beyond the sandbox limitations, will it stop/alert me? Or is the sandbox pre-loaded with only limited stuff, so I don't have to worry about crossing them?

You won't be able to go beyond the limitations, so you should have nothing to worry about.
