Does microsoft teams work the same in every country?

Hi,

I work remotely, my employer is transitioning to use Microsoft teams soon but they are based out of the US and I reside in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic). Would Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams work properly from the Dominican Republic? Thanks

Yes it should work just fine anywhere where you have Internet access, depending of course what you use Microsoft Teams for.

I also agree with Leon! You can access the Teams anywhere via Internet access. But the Audio conferencing and calling plans should consider location.
