Left job- new job doesnt use authenticator- Teams conflict

My old company used Authenticator, but my new one doesn't. I'm not able to log into and use Teams on my iPhone (12 Pro). Old Co IT says to wipe phone and manually add all desired apps and manually import photos etc.
Is there an easier process?

    Are the old company and the new company are in the same tenant?

    Are there any error messages when you log into Teams?

    If you want to cancel the old authentication, you should delete the old information stored in your authentication app. For more details about how to delete it, you can refer to:
