Does Azure Support Delegated Gateway URL for Salesforce?

Hi I am wondering if Azure Supports Delegate Authentication in salesforce. If yes , where we can generate the delegated gateway url like on this link in Okta: https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-in-Salesforce.html?

    Azure AD does not support Delegated Authentication with salesforce. Azure AD only supports Federated Authentication.
