Image misalignment from Azure Kinect camera

Question

I have filed a detailed issue on the Kinect github regarding image misalignment on the Azure Kinect. I was told that due to it being a hardware issue I should file a support issue over here and was directed to a general microsoft support site, from which I found my way here. I don't know if this is the right place to re-file the issue, but here it is?
