Good afternoon!Sry for my English. I'm a student. Half a year ago, I signed up for the Microsoft Azure platform where they gave me 12 months of free trial. Everything was wonderful, I deployed a training application and everything worked perfectly. 2 months ago, I decided to update my application by deleting the old one, and what I see: everything is deleted... How so? Maybe I thought a mistake, because there is still at least half a year of free subscription. I did everything on a new one, I published a training application. And a week ago, an statement comes to my mail:

Account information
Invoice number: G001465095
Billing period: May 1, 2020 - May 31, 2020
Billing date: June 9, 2020
Due date: July 9, 2020
Amount: 464,14 USD

What is this guys? Where is your 12 month trial period? How so !? I had to delete my account, I also wrote you an email 2 times. I just tested my training application , and i don't use all services! When you write that you give 12 months of a free period to EVERYBODY, and where is it!?

Sounds like you'll need to create a support ticket here to resolve this issue.

Yes, sorry that's correct. You may need a paid plan in order to get support.

Might try a new trial under a new account.

Hi SeitovJulian-1850 - if you need further help on this matter, send mail to Azcommunity@microsoft.com. Include your subscription ID and a link to this thread (for context) and we will gladly assist with connecting you with the Azure billing support team.

    Cheers.
