Whenever I download something from the web and try's to run it. It displays Net error Winows cannot access c://............PLS PLSSS help me out here

the error is like this windows cannot access the c:\programs\files\windowsapps
in below it's also showing that check the spelling of the name, otherwise there might be a problem with ur network....
but my network is fine
I can download apps from store and run it with np but when I download it from web it's and tries to ru t it's showing windows cannot access ............ pls pls help me here

Does this only affect Microsoft Store apps? Or is it also other downloads?

Based on my research, this error is mainly a network-related problem of your Local Area Connection and generally this error occurs due to the lack of network permissions, improper installed Network Drivers, and sometimes a single corrupted Windows Registry can be the reason too.
