how to set default cameras for skype for business

Question

We want to use clickshare in our meeting rooms . When the users PC gets connected in the meeting room , the professional camera of the meeting room should be used , automatically . But when the user returns to his office , skype for business should use the laptop camera again .
The switching of camera should happen automatically to not bother the user with this technical stuff .

And in fact the same question for the microphone
