SCCM Tenant Attach Sync Policies Greyed Out

Hello,

I have setup Co-management and Tenant attach on SCCM.

I can see these windows devices on Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center but sync policies are greyed out and plus I get two errors in CMGatewayNotificationWorker.log and doesn't display "Batching N records".
