Hello,
I have Azure Sphere MT3620 kit . when i try to create new tenant it show this error.
Error: Your device was already used to create a tenant.

If your Azure Sphere device has been claimed to any Azure Sphere Tenant you won't be able to use that device to create a new Azure Sphere Tenant. To create a new Azure Sphere Tenant you need a fresh unclaimed Azure Sphere Device connected to your PC.

Is it possible to reclaim, I do not know how it was claimed maybe first time i login into azure sphere using id gurprexxxxx@Karima ben .com now i am trying using xx.onmicrosoft.com
