HI Team, I couldn't generate MCID, whenever I try to access the dashboard I am getting below message. I tried contacting VUI agent, they asked to check with Microsoft. please help. And is my exam Coupon is still valid? "We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam.     I had the same issue, while registering in prometric, clicked on link to verify the location and the coupon wouldn't show. Opened a ticket but didnt help. Wait a day it should reset and you will be able to login again.
