win10 upgrade failed.

Question

I want to upgrade the system from 1809 to 2004. But alway failed. Even enouth I have clean the boot menu, and drivers.
Please help and check. Thanks.

We need Windows 10 2004 ISO image file to upgrade system from 1809 to 2004, do you have this iso?
In fact, the simplest way to upgrade an old version system to a newer version is using Windows Update Assist or media creation tool. Both of these two tools can be downloaded easily from Microsoft website.

Click Update now button to download Windows Update Assistant and click Download tool now button to download Media creation tool.
