Checking the logs I found it seems that the problem is the hash of the file.

    Hi @Leandro Dos Anjos ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

From your logs, it seems that you have a corrupted package in your package cache. Please clear your %temp% folder and rename or delete the following folder, then repair/retry your installation.
    %programdata%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages\Microsoft.VisualStudio.WCF.DiagnosticPack.Msi, version = 15.0.27005.2

By the way, before the installation, please check for updates and ensure that all recommended Windows Updates are installed and completed. And temporarily turn off any anti-virus software.

If it doesn’t work, I need your help to collect more installation logs. Please download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

    Sincerely,
    Anna
