Yes, This is possible via ADF.
your source would be blob storage and excel file and destination would be file system (your server).
Note: you would need IR installed on that file system

You have asked the question via -8220 account. So you need to login via -8220 account to mark as answer and not the -3496.

I guess it is taking cache account. Try logging in an incognito mode via that account.
