Linkage Of Events

Hello Group, How would a MS user get view access to my own closed logs (tickets?) Each unique question and resolution was assigned an instance number and each was logged by the CS representative. I am curious because I would liketo reference and/or link the events and issues together to hopefully reduce the research time involved.

    Could you clarify - which tool/service are you talking about that tracks issues, resolutions etc.

    This forum supports questions mostly on Azure services and other products listed here
