Trying to understand AIP scan results?

Hi,
We have just reviewed the scan results of Azure Information Protection (running against an on-prem file server).
We have questions about the following results:

  • Skipped due to Excluded:34510
  • Failed: 6754

Where can we find more information about 1) the skipped files, why were they skipped and 2) why did some of the files fail? where can we find more info on that?

    Seems that probably you have configured an exclude from scanning, please visit the following link to see if helps.
