Why will my Windows Hello facial recognition work?

Question

About a month ago, my Windows Hello facial recognition quit working. I've tried to read other threads but I've had no luck at fixing the problem. I believe I have a surface pro 7 but not entirely sure. I've attached a photo of what it says in my settings.
