PowerBi Data refresh attaching new data to old file through Microsoft Flow

Hi All,

I am trying to create below steps to use update my PowerBi Dataset with new data coming as email attachment through Microsoft Flow. Please help me with the steps if possible.

1. Saving Email attachment at a Sharepoint location saying Xyz.xlsx
2. There is already an Xyz.xlsx file which should be updated with new file which has same name.
3. Add new file data to old file.
4. Refresh PowerBi Dataset.
