    Could you please some more details of the setup ? Like for example :

    1) Where your VM is hosted ?
    2) What is NSG rule you have configured?
    3) From where you are trying to connect the VM ?

    1-Now i am host my VM in Australia East
    2-NSG Rules Just for RDP and HTTP port
    3-I want to used this VM in Saudi Arabiya.
