Subscription tags time-lag

Help me please.
I am tagging Subscription through 'Tags - Create Or Update At Scope', in the azure portal, the tag appears instantly, but when I get the tags, it is not there. After 1-15 minutes, the tag appears in the api - 'Subscriptions - List'. Why it happens?
