I'm using the Office Deployment Tool to install Office 2019 on a new laptop. The laptop came with Office 365 pre-installed which I believe I have uninstalled but the new install of Office 2019 using our volume license key is not installing but does not appear to be erroring either, it just doesn't install.
How can I resolve this?

We have brought new laptops with Windows 11 licenses, and we stopped using old laptops as those were with old hardware and Windows 10. We have installed Microsoft Office 2019 with the product key provided by the Microsoft partner portal. After that, a couple of our laptops are shown as Microsoft Office 2019 licenses, showing an error as unlicensed products. Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue?
