Cloud management gateway sccm

Question

Hello Everyone,

I hope this finds everyone in their very best health !!!

I have a question regarding sccm cloud management gateway and I hope this is the right platform to ask cause I have been redirected here from the other forum that I had been using for long !!

We have recently implemented cloud management gateway in our SCCM infrastructure due to the work from home support in this ongoing Covid 19 situation and I seemed to have stuck on an issues that I want your expertise with !!!

How could we check in our sccm console that which client are connected to cloud management gateway and and all capable to fetch the data from cloud DP ??

If a client connected on internet can’t fetch the data from cloud DP eve though the package is distributed on it how could we check and proceed further with the troubleshooting??

Forcing the policies on client system like we do on a conventional method , would it force the client to fetch the data from cloud DP ??

How could I monitor the details that which client are Requesting to cmg for content ??

Hope I could have your expertise in figuring this out !!

I too had been using that forum but when I click on it i am sent here saying the forum is migrated to this one .

Could you help me out with it ??
