Xbox Dev Mode Activation

Question

I've created an account on the Microsoft partner center.

I have downloaded the activate Dev mode app on my Xbox Series S and it has generated a 6 digit code. I am told to go to https://aka.ms/activatexbox but when I click on it there is no option to enter the code.

Can anyone help

Have you tried to use the hidden developer settings menu to active the Dev Mode? To access the hidden menu go to Settings > System > Console Info > Press LB RB LT RT > Developer Settings > Developer Mode.

Follow the instructions on the link. My xbox also got stuck at an unavailable update for dev mode activation at the last step. Simple work around. Go to settings/ console/ press rt lt rb lb all at once to bring up developer options.

For anyone struggling with this, the answer might be very simple. I use dark mode on my PC, the partner web seems to not take this into account fully and on the page to activate your console, there are two buttons next to the search bar, that are not visible, due to the weird color adjustment. Just hover around with your cursor and they will change to grey once you land on them. Then click the plus button to add new console.
