what is the dns ip i should put in the local pc and also the domain name

Most of the subject deals with on premises computers

i have purchased new win 10 computers in work group which i want to authenticate using azure cloud
i mean windows logging in using credentials from cloud
also the email password should not be the same as azure user password if possible
how do i do that

You can therefore make these Windows 10 devices to be Azure AD Registered.
This can be donne throw Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and you will be able to click on the Connect to integrate these devices to your Azure Active Directory. It can also be done during the Windows 10 installation procedure (when you can choose local account or hotmail/MSN account - you can in fact also choose a professional account from an Azure Active Directory). Also, be sure to have configure your tenant to allow integration of devices in your Azure Active Directory (in the settings part).

You question has been created 2 times. This is not necessary. Azure Active Directory is much different from On-prem Active Directory (ADDS)
It's not the same way to integrate a device in Azure Active Directory that for ADDS. We're calling that Azure AD Registered, Azure AD Hybrid Join, ... There is much more possibilities.
