Migrating to Premium V2

I was very excited to read about the new path to upgrade to premium v2 that was talked about here as I've never had any luck with the various workarounds to migrate my older webapps over to Pv2. Several weeks after this post though, the options to select P1V2 for my webapp is still greyed out and trying to deploy p1v2 through ARM still fails.

Is the rollout of this feature still ongoing, or should I be concerned that I still don't have this option available? If it's still ongoing, what kind of timeframe are we looking at to complete the rollout?

    Thanks for asking question! If you don't see P1V2, P2V2, and P3V2 as options, or if the options are greyed out, then PremiumV2 likely isn't available in the underlying App Service deployment that contains the App Service plan.
