    Open a support case, you will have to go over a verification process after which another user can be elevated as admin.

    Hi
    I tried doing that , got a chat session and the Microsoft rep said he couldn’t make or give me a support call as it was the free trial of azure and mentioned I open this thread instead . Made no sense to me , but did as I was advised. Thanks

    It was setup before my time starting with the organisation, there is an AD with a limited number if users.
