Hi,
I have Server A which i access it from Desktop A and Desktop B using RDP from outside the network and all three are in different networks.
I am successfully able to redirect print on Desktop A from Server A. The printer is locally connected to Desktop A using USB.
I am able to do the same for Desktop B.
What I want to do is to print on Desktop A's locally available USB connected printer from Desktop B while I am connected to Server A using RDP. I have my both Desktop connected to Server A RDP all time.
Kindly someone plz suggest what can I do to fulfill the requirement.
U can also help me by just providing article link or reference topic so that I can do my research on that topic which may guide me to requirement fulfillment.
Points:
I am not using VPN.
I have Win Server 2008.
Printer is Canon LBP2900.
Desktop are Win 7 Professional.
Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,

Please be informed that there is no way to redirect the printer connected on Desktop A to Desktop B even though they both connect to Server A by RDP. When they connect to Server A by RDP, each of them has a separate session on Server A and all their operations on the server will not interfer with each other.

Maybe you can first use "print to PDF" to save the file from Server A to Desktop B. After that, you can remote connect from Desktop B to A and copy the file to the remote session and then print it using the Desktop A's locally available USB connected printer.

    Thanks,

    Eleven
