Hello There,

Due to some reason my site goes down and Media folder completely deleted, I need complete backup for published folder

In the absence of a configured backup, an alternative would have been to take a snapshot of the disk earlier, which would allow you to create another disk with the same data.Could you kindly confirm whether you have configured the backup? Thanks for your question.

If your app is on a Premium App Service plan, Azure automatically takes hourly snapshots of your app’s content and configuration, retaining them for 30 days.
