Unable to connect to my VM using RDP

Unable to connect to my VM using RDP. Tried all trouble shooting suggested by azure . still unable to connect

I don't know alle the troubleshooting steps you already tried.

RDP connections worked before or never worked?

Are you trying to connect from an Azure VM or an external computer with the Azure VM?

Basically RDP connection issue can happen if:

• VM is not properly started -> Please check the VM Boot diagnostics -> Screenshot
• A Network Security Group (NSG) might block the RDP Protocol communication. NSGs can be associated with the subnet (Virtual Network) or/and with the VM itself.
  • Cannot connect remotely to a VM because RDP port is not enabled in NSG
