Dear Support,

I am new to microsoft online learning and currently trying to increase my knowledge in Power BI.

As I was following the screens of what sort of subscription is required, I found myself to the point where I was required to input my credit card info. for access to Azure trial (Subscription 1) to suggest that I am not a minor, which I complied but as I followed the online learning process, I was indeed required to access microsoft fabric instead which I have no access at all (even in trial mode). I have tried to contact support from the error message screen but to no avail (pretty disappointed there) but nevertheless, I continued on with the topics.

Suddenly, an email reminder came to me about the azure subscription 1 previously, which I was not bothered so much due to the intention for use as a trial but low and behold, my card was charged with it last Thursday (6/3/25). Apparently, it was switch to "pay as you go" option and not just to confirm that I am not a minor.

Is there a chance for me to switch my subscription 1 (Azure access) to Microsoft Fabric? I wish to continue on with the online learning as a data analyst but without the actual tool required for education use, I was charged with something I don't really need and that's pretty demotivating.

Thanks

KG

    Hi Kamar Ghazali,

MS Fabric is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here Supported products on MS Q&A (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated MS Fabric community forum.

Can you please open as a new thread in MS Fabric community: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/bd-p/ac_generaldiscussion
