- Sign in to the Azure Portal:
- Head to https://portal.azure.com/ and log in with your Azure credentials.
- Access Help + Support:
- Click the "?" (Help) icon at the top-right of the portal.
- Select "Help + support" from the dropdown menu.
- On the Help + support page, click "Create a support request".
- Define the Issue,
- Under "Problem description", set the following:
- Issue type: Choose "Service and subscription limits (quotas)".
- Subscription: Select the subscription linked to your Email Communication Service.
- Quota type: Pick "Other Requests".
- Provide Additional Details,
- In the "Details" section,
- Title: Use a title like "Request to Increase Email Sending Limits for Azure Communication Services".
- Description: Explain your request, including:
- Current limits and desired increase.
- Reason for the increase, like business needs or expected email volume.
- Any metrics or usage patterns supporting your request.
- Review and Submit:
- Check your support request details.
- Click "Create" to submit it.
After submitting, keep an eye on your email and the Azure Portal for updates from the support team. It's a good idea to gradually increase your email volume over two to four weeks while monitoring delivery status. This helps third-party email providers adjust to the change in IP for your domain’s email traffic, protecting your sender reputation and ensuring reliable delivery.
