    Hi @Kapil Soni ,
    Thanks for your Update.
The article "Service limits for Azure Communication Services" explains the default limits for Azure Communication Services (ACS) features like identity management, SMS, and email. For the Email Communication Service, although the platform supports high throughput, initial rate limits are in place to ensure a smooth start and avoid issues when switching to a new email service. These limits help maintain quality and protect sender reputations. If your organization needs to send more emails, you can request an increase by contacting Azure Support.

    • Sign in to the Azure Portal:
    • Head to https://portal.azure.com/ and log in with your Azure credentials.
    • Access Help + Support:
    • Click the "?" (Help) icon at the top-right of the portal.
    • Select "Help + support" from the dropdown menu.
    • On the Help + support page, click "Create a support request".
    • Define the Issue,
    • Under "Problem description", set the following:
    • Issue type: Choose "Service and subscription limits (quotas)".
    • Subscription: Select the subscription linked to your Email Communication Service.
    • Quota type: Pick "Other Requests".
    • Provide Additional Details,
    • In the "Details" section,
    • Title: Use a title like "Request to Increase Email Sending Limits for Azure Communication Services".
    • Description: Explain your request, including:
    • Current limits and desired increase.
    • Reason for the increase, like business needs or expected email volume.
    • Any metrics or usage patterns supporting your request.
    • Review and Submit:
    • Check your support request details.
    • Click "Create" to submit it.

After submitting, keep an eye on your email and the Azure Portal for updates from the support team. It's a good idea to gradually increase your email volume over two to four weeks while monitoring delivery status. This helps third-party email providers adjust to the change in IP for your domain’s email traffic, protecting your sender reputation and ensuring reliable delivery.
