Auto Attendants: Business Hours are not taking in effect

I have added an Auto Attendant and set business hours but when I call the Auto Attendant its triggering After hours message, instead of Business hours call treatment. I have removed resource account / unlicensed resource account / change the timings / remove and add timing again / leave settings for 3-4 hours but still playing after hours message. Is there any sync issue or backend issue
