unable to access Volume Licensing portal

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am unable to access the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) despite multiple attempts. The portal is not loading properly or remains inaccessible.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
