Change payment method in Microsoft 365

Question

Hi ,

I want to change my payment method for my Microsoft 365 account ( it still in free trial tho). I already set up the visa card for the free trial. Now I want to replace it with other card. In the Payment method tab, it shows 2 of my cards, however, why I try to replace the old one, it says: "The payment method didn't change for all items. Select the payment method again and choose a different one for the remaining items"

I choose and repeat my action many times but it doesnt work,
