Based on the description, I understand your question is related to audio.
Open Device Manager. Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.
Right-click on your audio device and select "Uninstall device". Restart your computer, and Windows should reinstall the driver automatically. Or try download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website and install it.
Then right-click on your audio device and select "Properties". Go to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Check if the Windows Audio Service is running automatically in Services.msc.
Go to Settings -> System -> Troubleshoot -> Other troubleshooters. Find and run the "Playing Audio" troubleshooter.
