some emails dont make in to junk nor inbox in outlook

i have found that some emails from people dont make it into my outlook email account at all. not in junk or inbox. i have a 2nd email account with yahoo and when i tell them to send there they show up.

this is with domestic and foreign emails. is there a problem with having old hotmail email address? is there a fix for this?

If you use the Outlook.com email service, emails that are determined to be spam by the server may be deleted.
Please ask the sender to send the email to a different email address.
