Lost Microsoft Authenticator App setting

Question

I changed my phone and lost my Microsoft Authenticator App setting, now can not log into my ONMICROSOFT.com Admin account, every attempt takes me back to the Authenticator.

Hello Tom O Neill,

You need to reach out to the prodcut support team to assist you with this as it is not supported t change accounts without a cloud backup or you will lose account access.
