azure student subscription

I am a student for MASTER OF SCIENCE IN INTERNET OF THINGS in Madrid (Spain). The university I study is call UPM -ETSIST (https://www.etsist.upm.es/) .

I got a Azure for Student subscription last year. I wanted to upgrade the subscription to get another 100$ because my current subscription was going to expire and I am working in my thesis.

I tried to renew it and I got a message that I uploaded

I need to keep working so I renew it as pay as you rate. i do not have free support either so, I do not know how to solve this issue.

I hope Someone form Microsoft could help me please

    You can actually get free support as this is a billing issue and billing tickets are free.

    To create a ticket, go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket to create an incident and select Billing
