Managed customers - Azure Open Ai Content Filter
Good Day,
I have Sponsored account, as part of Microsoft for Startups (Growth Stage)
I've applied to the application of removing the content filter of AoAi, as latency is very high, it takes 50 seconds on average for the first token, even on mini versions and US zone
Unfortuntaty, application has been rejected, only one words at the response (Unmanaged)!
As i far got, we're a managed customer, and have a customer manager
I tried to reach out to our customer manager, but unfortuntely no reponse
I tried to contact support, but goes no where
I'm asking is the only solution is PTU?
What's the elligiblity criteria to get our application accepted, or simply get a lower latency?
