Automated ML job exercise, can't select a VM

I'm trying to do this exercise on the Learn platform: https://microsoftlearning.github.io/mslearn-ai-fundamentals/Instructions/Labs/01-machine-learning.html

No problems on selecting the first virtual machine under the "Use automated machine learning to train a model" steps.

However under the "Review the best model" steps even the first images best model summary algorithm name doesn't reflect what I see on my training job. Also when trying to "Deploy and test the model", selecting any of the VMs (even those that are supposed to be available for my subscription) can't start the deployment.**
