Azure security later that connects Prometheus to the agents - need help with security configuration

Hello, We are trying to use azure hosted grafana for monitoring server statistics, such as out-of-disk space, historical memory usage, historical CPU usage, etc...

They are all linux boxes, and some of these servers exist outside of Azure.

We already have managed grafana running, and need to add more parts.

  1. Managed Prometheus -> the timeseries database to collect statistics. We think we have this.
  2. The "App registration" -> the Azure security later that connects Prometheus to the agents. We need security configuration help here.
  3. Alloy agents -> We think we got this once #2 is solved. Should be standard install.

The current obstacle is #2, working through azure security settings.

For reference, we are already familiar with the following documentation:\ https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/openshift/howto-remotewrite-prometheus#assign-the-monitoring-metrics-publisher-role-to-the-application

    Hello,

We still need help with this issue. The documentation is not sufficient for us to proceed and move forward. Is it possible to speak on a call with someone with knowledge in this area, so we can move forward? Thank you.
