- If other resources are accessible, the issue might be specific to your Application Insights instance. Check if there are any configuration changes or recent updates that might have caused the issue.
Also please check the Service Health section in the Azure Portal. This section provides information about service issues, planned maintenance, and other health advisories that might be affecting your resources.
Also, in which location does this impacted resource?

No instances of app insights are accessible on our side via the Azure Portal (we have multiple independent ones).Service health page does not show anything about service health issues, I believe there is an issue that is not reported there yet.

I have thoroughly checked this and found no outages for Application Insights. Could you please provide more details on the issue?
Log Analytics, (Azure Monitor) also affected, or is the issue isolated to Application Insights?
- Are all users experiencing this issue, or is it limited to specific users or roles?
- Are users able to access other Azure services without issues?
- Has there been any recent change in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) or Azure AD permissions?
- Were there any updates or changes to the applications being monitored by Application Insights?
